Has your workout routine changed since you were on the show?
The show was one big workout.
What healthy snacks did you rely on to charge you up in the middle of a long day filming?
I love Kind Bars.
They have so many flavors, are really healthy and taste great.
It completely fills me up and doesn’t make me feel guilty the way eating crap does.
As a busy actress, how do you sneak a little “me time” into your day?
I don’t get a lot of “me” time honestly.
I am always juggling so many projects that it’s hard to keep them all straight.
My newest project is that my cousin and I just launched a jewelry line called Shansen Jewelry.
We use healing gemstones and crystals to create pieces that can function as inspiration in the wearer’s life.
I am making almost all of the pieces myself right now, so that’s keeping me really busy.
How do you stay fit and healthy?
Besides ballet and yoga, I love it when I can get outside and take my dogs hiking.
What’s your guilty indulgence?
But it has to be really good chocolate for me to deal with the possible pain.
Like a great, warm chocolate souffle.
What can we look forward to seeing from you next?
I have a film called A Green Story premiering at the Greek Film Festival in LA on May 31.
I play the oldest daughter who helps spin up the company.
It was great because we got to shoot in their actual factories and homes.
I absolutely loved it!
