And, during signature Stunt Fitness classes (that SELF’s ownFitnessDirector Meaghan Murphy tried and loved!

Keep the workout difficult, but within your limits.
It’s not just about fitness.
It’s also about facing your fears and overcoming them."
Other times, do like the above and push up with yourarms, hiking hips up onto the block.
That way you’ll use different muscles each time for a total body workout!
Landing the jump is about deceleration.
Stand back and get a few steps into a running start.
Use the block or bench or anything that’s sturdy (even a park bench!).
Once you land on the other side, sink down into a littlesquatto absorb impact.
Have fun with it!
Come up into a kneeling position.
Take a step forward and punch with the opposite arm/fist – again think tap and recoil to protect theelbow.
Bonus Move: Plank!
If that seems doable, then try positioning your right hand atop one Swiss ball.
(it’s possible for you to also switch the ball back-and-forth between hands).
But this is definitely a challenge!
And that’s a super hero workout: It’s a bird, it’s a plane.
