Just 10 years later, she competed in her first Paralympic Games for Team USA.

So much goes into it.

Now Ive revised all my training, and Im actually training pretty hard right now.

I use afoam rollerand stretch out.

Im getting better atstretchingI used to be horrible.

Now that Im getting older, Im like, Oh yeah, I need to stretch.

I dont have any topical lotions or anything like that.

But I do love my NormaTecthats been really, really great recovery.

And Ill useTherabandsas well, just to open everything up and stretch everything back out.

On the scents that help her relax

I love to shower before bed or just rinse off.

I love my coconut shampoo.

I guess I like things that smell good.

I love coconut oil for my body.

I usually like having hot water and lemon, or milk and honey or something before bed.

Anything to just help me chill if I need to.

Im trying to get better about just plugging it in and reading or just lying there and just relaxing.

Maybe using that time tomeditate.

Im trying to stay away from the screen, but its hard because your phone is right there.

I like to read devotionals before bed and when I wake upvery positive things.

Its the perfect time to do it.

I have time to do it, so well be tracking my sleep.

Maybe Ive been okay with hopping into bed at 10 because my body winds down and recovers quickly?

On absolutely not being a morning person

I am probably the worst elite athlete.

I like to stay up later, but I cant stay up late, right?

Because I have to double-check I get my full nights sleep.

Usually I have to eat on the way to training in the car.

Usually 8:30 or 9 is the perfect time to work out.

And I like seeing sunlight when I trainI dont really like training in the dark.

Im going to pamper myself.

On her fast hair

I love getting my hair braided, or braiding my hair.

It’s going to be your fast hair!

So usually my hair is braided.

Ive actually given myself facials, just at home.

Its relaxing, its a little pamper, just something that you could do for yourself.

Its just making sure that its okay to have self-care.

You shouldnt feel bad about it.
