With literally thousands of classes at your fingertips, you might be tempted to dive headfirst into a Peloton-a-thon.
But the experts really want you to resist that urge, and to pace yourself with yourworkout schedulinginstead.
My most heartfelt advice is to not overdo it at the jump, Corbin says.

Maybe two to three rides become three to four.
The key is to still carve out time for yourself on your rest days.

The most obnoxious answer is the truth: all of them, Corbin says.
Not every workout needs to be the most intense effort ever to be effective for our long-term goals.
You should also give your body the TLC it needs with somerecoveryafterward.
