The whole thing that we wanted to do was women empowering women.

I want to provide women with the tools to start their own business as an exit out of poverty.
EBY went to Colombia and created adocumentarywith women who’ve received mirofinancing in the past.
Vergara also designed a special, limited-edition printed panty featuring Colombian orchids to honor the partnership.
All the underwear are seamless to avoid visible panty lines.
I had my doubts.
I was like, Im 45.
I dont want to be showing my underwear, but the underwear is so cute, she says.
I dont endorse anything or work with anything that I dont believe in.
I know through my own personal research that underwear sizes are weird, says Vergara.
Small, medium, and large dont fit everybody.
We want to include everyone because the more underwear we sell, the more we can give.
Of course, I also had to take a minute to ask Vergara about her most embarrassing underwear story.
We’ve all experienced an ill-timed wedgie or VPL.
She immediately went back to a moment at the Emmys about four years ago.
“My beautiful designer gown broke right in the middle of my butt.
I got out of my chair and Ed ONeill said, ‘Sit down!’
It was because my dress was broken,” she says.
“I had to go backstage and have somebody sew the dress on.
