With cadence breathing, you spend a certain amount of time inhaling and exhaling with a pause between.

When the vibration stops, I breathe out.

That repeats for whatever amount of time you set it to.

Sometimes I will actually fall asleep before I can get through that.

I love that wearable.

But I essentially have three different devices tracking my sleep.

I also use another wearable called anOura ring, which tracks my sleep and my HRV.

If that werent enough, my mattress, has the functionality to do all the same things, too.

To get those overseas for competition, I throw them inSpace Saver bagsand vacuum-seal them.

All the air comes out and they get a lot smaller so I can fit them in the suitcase.

Having a completely black room is also a must for me.

My race time in Beijing is anywhere between 4:00 p.m. all the way to about 9:00 p.m.
