Do 20 reps; repeat on opposite side.

Reverse motion to return to start.
Pivot on right toe as you uppercut punch to left (as shown).
Step to left as you raise hands to chest, elbows out (as shown).
Extend right leg behind you, knee turned out and foot reaching toward left shoulder (as shown).
Pulse right foot up for 20 reps. Repeat on opposite side.
