Looking for something light and healthy?

Tuna salad is a terrific option for lunch.

And, it provides a healthy dose of protein with omega 3-fats.

I recommend light tuna in water since most albacore tuna contains one-third more mercury than light tuna.

It actually looks like fresh tuna in a can and is significantly healthier than regular tuna.

They have multiple flavors and my favorite is White Sesame.

The Package Rule

Skinny Crispsfit my criteria when looking for a food that contains a label.

For any packaged food, I recommend choosing one with less than six ingredients.

They taste amazingly better than any white flour-based cracker.

Mix in remaining ingredients.

Enjoy by itself or over lettuce.

They have all organic fruits and vegetables in season.

I went to The Misfit and was beyond impressed.

What did I eat?

salad, which had a lemon, Parmesan-Reggiano, and a poached egg on it.

It was light, colorful, crunchy and satisfying.

Jeffrey had the “Misfit Burger,” which was grass-fed, Paso Prime beef.

My mouth has not been that happy in a long time!

Both were balanced, layered with great flavor and extremely satisfying.

I would seriously eat this salad every day if given the choice.
