DownwardDog Cobra

First, do the warm-up.

Youll do each move in the warm-up for 30 seconds.

For the sets, youll do 30 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest.

CatCow

At the end of the first set, rest for 30 seconds.

After the second set, rest for 60 seconds.

Then repeat the entire circuit from the beginning two more times.
