SELF: What do you always keep stocked in your fridge?
Genie Bouchard: Im not a cooking person, so theres not much in the fridge.
On the rare occasion that I do cook, I make myself breakfast.
Eggs are my go-to in the morning for some protein.
Orange juice as well.
You have to start your day off with that.
GB: This is an impossible question.
How do you pick just one?
Someone that Im really inspired by, and that I look up to, is Oprah.
Its amazing how she created such an empire.
I love those inspiring stories.
SELF: So when you have those moments of doubt or frustration, how do you stay positive?
You just have to keep working hard and suddenly things will click.
Thats the experience that Ive had in my career.
What was that like?
GB: Part of the shoot was outdoors, walking on the sidewalks of Los Angeles.
SELF: And when you have some time off from your nonstop schedule, how do yourelax?
GB: I love going to the beach and swimming in the ocean.
I think its so relaxing.
Its also a great form of active recovery.
Its perfect for those rest days when you still want to move a little bit.
