Inevitably, the same names pop up: Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel,Kate Beckinsale.

So, the workout I created is really about getting back to basics.
The 3-2-1 strategy really came to light while Alba was shooting “Into The Blue.”
The workout is named based on the exercises involved: Threecardio, twocircuitand onecoresegment.
Circuit I – Braganza puts legs into every exercise because that burns a lot of calories.
These groupings of exercises usually target lower body, upper body and a smaller muscle group or back.
Cardio II – Maybe add intervals or a hill to make things a little more intense.
If you’re on a bike, this would maybe be biking sprints for 5 to 10 minutes.
It’s all about keeping the heart rate up and toning.
Core – The final exercises for strengthening abs.
Perform this routine with two other exercises, one after the other, Rest for 1 minute then repeat.
She even owns a fitness trailer that is rented for use on huge movies likeFantastic FourandX-Men.
Still, her philosophy continues to evolve.
That experience taught her to put heavier emphasis on the mind/body/spirit connection.
“I realized that when your body fails, your mind tries to push you on.
But really what motivates you at the end is the spirit,” she says.
“It’s really about healthiness, not just looking good,” she asserts.
Getting abs like Jessica Alba is just a perk.
