I think consumers forget about cottage cheese because the marketing for Greek yogurt is so strong.
you could even add it to smoothies and use in dishes like lasagna and stuffed pasta shells.
I love keeping them in myfreezerand using them as an ingredient in smoothies or fruit-based nice cream.
The high fiber helps with decreasing your waistline and improving digestion.
