What should you look for in a hand cream with SPF?
An SPF of 30 means the sunscreen blocks 97% of UVB radiation from the sun.
(By contrast, SPF 15 only blocks 93%of UVB radiation.)
While shopping, you may also run into terms likemineral or chemical sunscreen.
