Alison introduced one NFL player after another never acknowledging that he too was a player.
It got me thinking how often we focus on a highlight in our life and live in the past.
I had a similar experience as a result of being the first female winner ofThe Biggest Loser.
Antone you have everything it takes to really change your life and live for today!
Bob’s black team works out with Buffalo Bill Shawne “lights out” Merriman.
Shawne pays extra attention to Antone, he knows what NFL players are capable of and challenges Antone hard.
Anna’s blue team goes to the gym to work out with Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson.
He gives the older contestants some encouragement to keep up the hard work.
Dolvett’s red team also goes to the gym and meets up with Denver Bronco Tim Tebow.
During the last chance workout we find out that Vinny was abused as a child.
He and Dolvett have a heart to heart, I feel terrible for Vinny!
Way to go, Coach!!!
The red team lost the weigh in and had to send Patrick home.
