Switch sides, twisting torso to bent left knee for one rep. Continue alternating in a pedaling motion.
Do 15 reps. Switch sides; repeat.
Keeping left foot on ball, bring right knee toward chest, then kick right leg out to side.
Return to start; repeat on opposite side for 1 rep. Continue for 45 seconds.
Hop feet back up to hands and jump, raising arms overhead.
Repeat on opposite side.
Continue for 1 minute.
