Workout Directions
There are four circuits and one finisher (called the burnout).
Start with circuit 1.
Rest 30 seconds, then do circuit 2.
Rest 45 seconds, then complete circuit 3.
Rest 90 seconds, then do circuit 4.
Rest 60 seconds, then finish with the burnout.
