I try and make it as easy as possible for me to prepare something healthy in a flash.

At this time, Ill either eat a snack or take a nap.

During the week I eat at home, and then Itreat myself to dinner out on the weekend.

The time thing always gets me, and there just isnt a lot of time at night.

If youre wondering about alcohol, yes I do drink!

I try and keep it to twice a week.

Lately Ive fallen in love again with beer, and I love any light wheat varieties.

My other go-to isred wine, usually some kind of blend.

Id be lying if I told you I never atedessert.

because I eat it every night.

I love to cap off my night with something sweet.

Lately Ive been really into a square of dark chocolate or an energy ball.

But if Im going really big, Ill reach for a serving ofHalo Top Ice Cream.

Lifes all about balance, right?

Oh, and I always drink herbal tea with lemon before bed.
