That’s me standing to the right of model Rachel Hilbert as we wrapped up our opening stretches. I was so excited at first.

Tibby works with a trainer two to four times a week.

“I squatted with 120 pounds the last time I worked out with my trainer.”

And yes, she said it like it was nothing.

Tibby and Hilbert were killing it in the front row. And I’m all the way on the right about to pass out.

Hilbert goes hard during her workouts, too.

Before we embarked on our intense boot camp session, she managed to squeeze in a morning workout.

Hilbert doesn’t hit the weights often, but she loves to get a good run in.

“If I want hardcore cardio, I will run four or five miles.”

And that was just the warm up.

For the following 45 minutes, we mixed high-intensity moves with plyometrics.

By the time we were ready to cool down, I was seeing stars.

And I’m not talking about the pretty ones on a Snapchat filter.

I wanted to quit, but somehow I finished the workout.

Next time, I’ll think twice before I assume that models rely on their genetics.

They work damn hard for their toned bodies, and I just can’t hang.
