What workout do you do?
“Assuming the island has a palm tree, I’d doPure Barrewhile holding on to the trunk!
The beauty of Pure Barre is that you just need your own body and your own mind.
Of course, a little Beyonce always helps.”
What’s the most delicious and nutritious post-workout snack you’ve ever had?
“I’m really in to making my own energy bars right now.
I bought this bookPower Hungryand actually get really excited to eat the Power Grab Protein Bars.”
When you’re not at the barre, what other workouts do you love (and why)?
“We live in Boulder, Colorado so I love working out outside.
It’s a workout just getting everyone ready.
I also love snowshoeing and nordic skiing with my headphones.
