So, what was her secret to beautifully sculpted arms?
After all, no one relaxes the week of her wedding!
In the months before, though, Aldridge turned to her go-to fitness expert for arm shaping moves.
Continues theheavenlycreature, “I work out at Tracy Anderson’s studio.
I love doingPilatesand dance.
It’s fun to mix things up and change your program every ten days.”
Judging by the photo she shared with us (above), the trainer’s tactics work.
Though many women focus on their wedding arms, Anderson’s exercises are not just for the big day.
Step 1: Stand with legs together, elbows bent and fingers touching.
Return to start for one rep. Switch sides and repeat.
Do 25 reps. Switch sides; repeat.
Rest left hand on front of left thigh; extend right arm behind you, palm down.
Curl right arm forward as if throwing a bowling ball (as shown).
Do 20 reps. Switch sides; repeat.
