“And your abdominals are a massive part of your core.”

All you really need, Stokes says, is a few minutes of nonstop work.

The Workout

The knee tuck movement engages more of the lower portion of the abs.

“I call the mountain climber a cardio core or cardio abs exercise,” says Stokes.

Half Burpee Hop

This move is also a cardio abs exercise.
